Sesh Charitable Foundation

Sesh Charitable Foundation is at number 748, Haji A. Latif Manzil. We are in the Juma Masjid Mohalla area, which is always full of life. It is a very local spot, and everyone knows everyone else. Our office is simple and sometimes a bit cramped, but it works for us. We don't need a lot of space. Most of the time, we are out and about or sitting at our desks dealing with whatever comes up. The building itself has been around for a long time and has character. You can hear the calls from the masjid and the market nearby. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a corporate lobby. If you want to talk to us, you just walk in. We try to be helpful to the people around us because that’s what a foundation in a mohalla should do. We don't have a big mission statement. We just know what needs to be done. The walls of Haji A. Latif Manzil are thick and have seen history. Our daily life is filled with neighborhood sounds—kids playing and people calling out. We like being right in the thick of things. We spend time on small stuff, like paperwork or helping a neighbor. There is no set schedule. We have old desks and chairs, and it feels like a community space. We just speak plain English and get on with our jobs here in the mohalla. It’s a good life.
