Sentiments Chocolates

We are located on Linking Road in Bandra. It’s one of those places that’s always crowded, no matter what time it is. Our shop is where we make and sell chocolates. It’s a small space, and it usually smells like cocoa which is nice, I guess. We spend a lot of time wrapping things in foil or putting them into boxes. It’s a bit repetitive but someone has to do it. During the holidays, it gets really crazy in here and we barely have room to move. Most of our customers are people who are already out shopping for clothes or shoes on Linking Road. They just pop in for a quick treat. We don’t have any big marketing plans or anything. We just put the chocolates in the window and hope people like the look of them. The air conditioning is always running because the chocolate would melt otherwise, so it’s a good place to hide from the heat for a few minutes. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just us. Sometimes the labels aren't perfectly straight or we run out of a certain type of truffle, but we try to keep things moving. Running a chocolate shop is mostly just a lot of cleaning up sticky surfaces. It’s okay though. We like being in Bandra. It feels like we are right in the middle of everything here.
