Ambrosia Delicatessen

You can find us over at Solaris on Saki Vihar Road, in the Powai area. We are located in unit 2/102. It is a really busy building with people constantly moving in and out all day. We handle a lot of different food items, mostly the kind of things you would expect to find in a typical deli. The kitchen area gets pretty hectic during the lunch rush and also in the early mornings when we are busy prepping everything for the day. We don't have a big fancy storefront with bright lights or anything like that. It is more of a practical working space where we just focus on the food we are making. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit late because of the Mumbai traffic, which can be very frustrating for us and the customers, but we manage to make it work. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we know how to work around each other even when the space feels a bit small and cramped. We don't really go in for all those modern food trends or fancy packaging. We just make the food we know how to make and hope people like it. It involves a lot of long hours and standing on our feet, but that is just the nature of this business. We get a lot of regulars from the offices nearby who just want a decent lunch. We keep things simple and try to stay organized.
