If you come down to Andheri West, you'll find us on the 7th floor of the Fairlink Center. It’s right off the New Link Road, which is always packed with cars and people. Our space here is mostly where the planning happens for our food products. We deal with things like toppings and creams, but we don't spend our time writing fancy ads about it. Instead, we are usually looking at samples or talking to suppliers on the phone. The office has a bit of a hum to it, especially in the afternoons when everyone is back from lunch. We’ve been in this part of Mumbai for some time. It’s a convenient spot because so much is happening nearby. Sometimes the elevators in this building take forever, which is a bit of a pain when you're in a hurry. We just try to keep things simple and do our work without making a big fuss. People here know their stuff and they have been with us for years. It isn’t always perfect; sometimes the air conditioning acts up or the coffee machine stops working, but that is just part of office life. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job every day. We keep it moving and stay busy.
