Our office is in the Balarama building, which is right in the middle of Bandra Kurla Complex. It is a big, busy area in Mumbai where everyone seems to be in a rush. We are up on the sixth floor in Suite 604. Being in Bandra East means we are close to a lot of other big offices, but our space is just a regular workplace where we manage things. We deal with food products, specifically things related to baking and dough, which is a bit different from the banks and tech firms nearby. The elevators in this building can be slow during lunch time because so many people are trying to get down at once. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and files. We don't have a big showroom or anything. It is more of a hub for coordinating things. The traffic in BKC is always a topic of conversation here; it takes forever to get anywhere during peak hours. We have a small group of people who handle the paperwork and the planning. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails to keep everything moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it works for us despite the noise of the city outside. It’s just a standard Mumbai office life, trying to stay organized and get the work done before the commute back home starts. We usually keep some of our own products around to snack on during long meetings.
