Selecto Traders

Selecto Traders is over at Plot No. 227 in the Sardar Grah Building. The actual address is 198 L.T. Road, right in the Lohar Chawl area. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Lohar Chawl is. It is packed with shops and people every single day. We are right in the middle of all that madness. Our space in Sardar Grah is where we keep all our stock and handle the daily trade. It’s a tight squeeze sometimes because we have so much stuff coming in and going out. L.T. Road is always moving. We have been here for a long time and we know the neighbors well. It is a community of traders around here. Our shop isn't shiny or new. It looks like a place that has seen a lot of work, which it has. We keep our ledgers on the desk and boxes stacked up to the ceiling. It can be hard to find a place to sit if we have a big delivery arriving. People come to us because they know we are here at 198 L.T. Road. We don't bother with much advertising. Most of our visitors just walk in from the street or have been coming here for years. It’s a loud, dusty, and busy place but it is home for us. We just get on with the buying and selling.
