New Raj

New Raj is situated in Khar 19th Main, in the 2nd Block. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a good spot, and we’ve gotten used to the way things work around here. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we do our business. We don’t have any big marketing plans or glossy brochures. We rely mostly on people just knowing we’re here. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We like that sense of familiarity. It makes the work feel more personal. We don’t use a lot of fancy English or business jargon when we talk. We just say things as they are. If a job is going to take two days, we tell you it’ll take two days. We don't try to over-promise. Khar is a busy area, but our block is a bit more settled. It’s a nice place to spend the day. We usually start early in the morning and stay until the evening. There’s always something to clean or an invoice to file, so we stay busy even when there aren't many people around. We’re just a small operation trying to do things the right way. We don't need much else. As long as the doors are open and we have work to do, we’re doing okay. It’s simple, but it’s a living that we appreciate every single day.
