Merhaba Foods

Merhaba Foods is tucked away in Mahim, right in Flat-10 of Pankaj Apartment. We are situated on S. Keer Road, and if you are looking for us, we are just next to Lokmanya Vidyalaya. Being near a school means there is always noise and kids running around during the day. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a big industrial kitchen. We do a lot of our food work right here. The kitchen is always warm and smells like whatever we are prepping for the day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a big order to get out, but we make it work. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs. Most people just know where we are or find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time cleaning surfaces and checking our supplies. It’s a simple operation, run by a few of us who just like making food that tastes right. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the entrance, so we have to go down to the gate to meet them. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and pack things up. Life in Mahim is fast, but inside the apartment, we just focus on the recipes and getting the flavors right for the local people who eat our food.
