Sejal Arts

Sejal Arts is tucked away behind the Nurani Masjid in Kandivali West. We share some space near the Kalyanji Ramji Store in Gandhi Na. It’s a bit of a local spot that might be hard to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals know where we are. We spend our days working on different artistic things, mostly whatever people in the neighborhood ask us for. It’s a small operation, just a couple of us handling the daily work. The shop is filled with tools and materials, and it usually smells like ink or wood depending on the day. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny showroom. It’s just a practical place where we can sit and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the sounds from the street and the mosque nearby, but we are used to it by now. People often drop by just to chat or check on their orders while they are out doing other errands. We like the pace of things here. It is not about being the biggest shop in Kandivali; it’s just about doing steady work that people find useful. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Usually, we are here from morning till late evening, just getting through the pile of work on our table. It’s what we know how to do.
