If you are looking for us, we are in Gala No. 29 at Savdhaan Society. We are situated on 90 Feet Road in Ganesh Nagar, right behind the Ambedkar School in Kandivali West. It is a lively neighborhood, and being behind the school means we hear the kids during their breaks. Our workspace is a typical gala—it is not huge, but we make the most of the space we have. We deal with seals and industrial parts, so things can get a bit oily and messy. We do not mind it, though. It is just part of the job. Most of our customers are from around Mumbai, but some come from further away because they heard we do honest work. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy sales team. It is usually just one of us answering the phone and writing down the requirements on a pad of paper. Sometimes the 90 Feet Road traffic makes it hard for deliveries to get in, but we always find a way to make it work. We have been in Kandivali for a good while and we like the community here. We are not trying to be world-class or anything; we just want to make sure the seals we provide actually work and do not leak. We stay focused on the small details because that is what matters in our line of work. We just do our job and keep things moving.
