My shop is located at 203 Jogeshwari West Main Road. If you are looking for it, I’m right opposite Dheeraj Apartment. It’s a busy road, so there is always a lot of honking and people moving about. I’ve been here for a long time now. The space is small, but it serves the purpose. I don’t have any fancy signs or big lights. Just the basic setup. I mostly handle local customers who live in the apartments nearby. My daily routine is pretty much the same. I open up early in the morning and stay until the evening. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, so I spend some time cleaning every day. I don’t have a staff. It’s just me running things. Sometimes it gets lonely, but then a regular customer stops by for a chat. I keep a small radio in the corner to keep me company. Most of what I do is based on what people in the neighborhood need. It’s not a complicated business. I keep my accounts in a simple diary. If someone needs something and I don’t have it, I try to get it by the next day. It’s about being reliable more than anything else. People know where to find me if they have a problem. It’s a humble life, but it keeps me busy and pays the bills. I usually sit on a wooden stool near the entrance.
