We are over here at the Sukhsagar building, right on N S Patkar Marg. If you know the Chowpatty area, you know it gets pretty crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone heads to the beach. Our office is up on the second floor in flat 202, and we also use flat 1518. It is a bit of a walk between them sometimes, but we make it work. Living and working around here means you get used to the sea breeze and the constant noise of the traffic outside. We have been in this spot for a bit now. Most days it is just us handling the paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The building itself has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s not fancy or anything like those new glass towers you see popping up everywhere. We like it this way though. It feels more real. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs, which isn't too bad for the second floor but a bit much for the higher one. People usually find us easily because Sukhsagar is a landmark. We spend a lot of time just keeping things organized. There is always something to do, whether it’s filing or just making sure the place is tidy for visitors. It’s a busy life in a busy part of town, but we are used to the pace by now. We try to keep our desks clear, but there is always another pile of folders waiting for us.
