Samphia Foundation

We are over in Lower Parel, which everyone knows is always packed with people. Our office is in the Siddhivinayak Annexe Chsl, C-302 on the 3rd floor of the C Wing. Plot 73/75 is the spot on Delisle Road. It’s an older building, and the hallways can be a bit narrow, but our space is alright. The Samphia Foundation is just a small team of us. We have desks that don't quite match and a lot of folders that need filing. The window looks out over some other buildings, so there isn't much of a view, but we are usually too busy to look anyway. Lower Parel has changed a lot, but this corner still feels like the old Mumbai in some ways. We get a lot of noise from the street, especially during rush hour. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine. We just use a kettle and bring our own snacks. It’s a very simple operation. Most of the day is spent just going through our lists and making sure everything is in order. We don’t do big presentations. We just sit down, do the work, and go home. It’s a practical place for us to be because it’s easy to get to by train. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s just a regular office for regular work.
