Saffron Springs Restaurant

Saffron Springs Restaurant has been sitting here at number 36 on Lallubhai Road for a good bit of time. Being right by Lallubhai Park means we see a lot of people walking their dogs or heading home after work in Andheri West. It's a decent spot. We started this because we wanted a place to work that felt like ours. The kitchen is small, but we make it work. Most of us who work here have been around this part of town forever. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just serving meals to people who live around here. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit hectic and the floor gets a bit messy, but we clean it up as fast as we can. We don't spend money on fancy ads. People usually find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. The chairs are comfortable enough, and the lights aren't too bright. We keep the menu pretty simple because that’s what we know how to do best. If you come in, you'll probably see the same few faces behind the counter every day. We know how the traffic is on Lallubhai Road, so we try to make the restaurant a bit of a break from all that noise outside. It's just a regular restaurant, nothing more. We do our best with what we have and hope the food tastes good to whoever is eating it. We are just normal people doing our job.
