We’ve been over here in Bandra East for quite some time now. Specifically, you can find us at Bandra-Kurla Bandra 10. It’s a busy area and things get pretty loud during the lunch rush. We mostly spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure everything is in its place before the first people walk in. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries to get here on time, but we manage. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some new faces who are still learning how we do things. We don't really have a big fancy philosophy or anything like that. We just show up, cook the food, and hope people enjoy their meal while they’re sitting at our tables. The building itself has its quirks, like the way the light hits the floor in the afternoon or how we have to keep an eye on the air conditioning when it gets really humid outside. Bandra-Kurla is always moving, and we are just one part of that daily cycle. We see a lot of office workers coming in for a break and families on the weekends. It feels good to be a spot where people can just sit down for a bit. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the stove hot and the plates clean every day.
