Hawaiian Shack

We are located at 339 in Bandra West. Most people who live around here know the spot. Hawaiian Shack has been around for a while, and the place has a lot of character, mostly because it has seen so many nights of people coming in to relax. The walls and the decor are a bit aged, but that is how we like it. It feels more like a real place that way. We spend our evenings getting the bar ready and checking the sound system. In Bandra West, there are plenty of shiny new places, but we are just a bit different, more laid back. We have floors that have seen a lot of dancing and tables that have held a lot of drinks over the years. The staff here is like a small family. We know the regulars and we know which songs usually get people moving. It can get pretty loud and sweaty when the place is full, but that is just the vibe of the shack. We do not try to be something we are not. It’s just a spot at 339 where you can come as you are. Sometimes the electronics act up or a light bulb flickers, but we just fix it and keep going. It is part of the charm of being in an older building in Bandra. We just open the doors and see who shows up each night, whether it’s a slow Tuesday or a packed Saturday.
