Poison Pub

Poison Pub is at 206 Masjid Street in the Bandra West area. It’s tucked away a bit, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We aren't on one of those big, bright streets with all the malls. Masjid Street is a bit more quiet and old-fashioned. The pub itself is a simple place. We have a wooden bar and some stools that have seen a lot of years. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy. Bandra West is a fancy part of town, but our spot is pretty basic. We don't have a big menu or a bunch of expensive cocktails. It’s just a place to have a drink and talk. We do all the work ourselves, from pouring the drinks to cleaning the floors at two in the morning. It’s a lot of long nights, but we are used to the schedule by now. We don't have any corporate owners or a big management team. It’s just us. Sometimes the pipes leak or a light goes out, and we have to fix it ourselves. We like the atmosphere here because it’s not trying to be anything special. It’s just a local pub on a local street. We see a lot of the same faces every night. People come in to relax after work. We just provide the space for them to do that. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the people who stop by for a chat.
