Sadguru Restaurant Bar

Sadguru Restaurant Bar is located on Anand Mahal Road in Malad. It is a place where people come to sit for a long time. We have the bar on one side and the tables on the other. The lighting is low because that's how people seem to like it. We have a big television that is usually on the sports channel but with the sound turned down. The kitchen puts out a lot of snacks and main dishes. You can hear the pans banging from the dining area. We have a lot of regulars who come in after work to have a drink and talk. The fans on the ceiling wobble a bit when they are on high speed. We’ve tried to fix them but they always go back to wobbling. The menus are a bit sticky despite us wiping them down. It’s just the humidity in Malad. We keep the glasses polished and stacked behind the counter. Sometimes the street outside gets flooded during the monsoon and we have to put sandbags at the door. It is a lot of work running a bar and a restaurant at the same time. There is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help. We just take it one day at a time. The staff has been here for years, and we all just sort of know what to do.
