Rittika Gupta

I work out of a flat in Colaba, specifically 31/B on the 4th floor. The address is Flat No 17, and it is right next to the Cultural Center of Russia. Rittika Gupta is just me running things from this space. Being on the 4th floor means I get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the Mumbai heat. Colaba is such an interesting neighborhood to be in. There is so much history around here, even if the building itself is just a regular one. I have my desk set up near the window. It is not a corporate office by any means. It’s a lived-in space where I handle all my tasks. Finding the place can be a little tricky the first time because of how the buildings are tucked away, but once you see the Russian Cultural Center, you know you are close. I have lived in this part of town for years, and it just felt right to set up here. The post office is nearby too, which helps with the mail. It is a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the main road noise. I don’t have a big staff or anything, just a simple routine that works for me. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where all the work happens. I appreciate the character of these old Colaba flats and the way the light hits the floor in the evening. It is a good place for thinking.
