Readbook Foundation

Readbook Foundation is based in Wadala, specifically in the Lucky Apartment CHS. We are up on the sixth floor in unit 607. Our address is on Shaikh Misree Road, which is a pretty busy spot. You can hear the city sounds all day from up here. The building is an older co-operative housing society, so it has a lot of character. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It's just a regular room filled with books and papers. We spend our time working on our projects and talking to people who drop by. Wadala is a central place to be, which helps us stay connected. Getting to Plot No 11/116 is easy enough once you know the landmarks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with our decor. It’s a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes the lift takes a while, but we’re used to it. The team is small and we all know each other well. It’s a very informal environment. We just show up, do the work, and go home. No complicated missions or corporate talk. We just like what we do. The 0-607 unit is our little corner of Mumbai. It’s cramped sometimes because of all the files, but it feels like home. We’ve been here for a bit now and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a good spot for us.
