You can find Reach To Teach Foundation in the Churchgate area of Mumbai. We are located at Dalamal Chambers on V T Marg, specifically on the fourth floor in suite 10. This part of the city, New Marine Lines, has a lot of history and the buildings reflect that. Our office has that old-school Mumbai charm, with high ceilings and heavy doors. It’s not a modern, shiny workspace with glass walls. It’s a place where work actually happens. We have stacks of files and a few old desks that have seen better days. The staff is small but we keep busy. Living and working in South Mumbai means we are close to the stations, so people are always coming and going. The noise from the street is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We just focus on the administrative side of things and making sure our programs are running. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. We usually take a break in the afternoon when the sun is at its peak. It’s a very straightforward operation. No one here wears a tie or cares much about corporate titles. We just want to get the job done and head home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple way of working.
