My name is Rashmi Pachure and I work out of building number 4 in the Ramanand Society in Vile Parle. It’s a quiet residential area, which is a nice change from the busier parts of the city. Being at number 59 means I’m usually surrounded by the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or people walking their dogs. I don’t have a big shop with a sign out front. It’s more of a personal setup here. I spend a lot of my time organizing my things and keeping track of what I need to do each day. The room I use is filled with my supplies and a small desk. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but I know where I put everything. People usually reach out to me directly. I’ve lived in Vile Parle for a long time, so I know the society and the people around here quite well. It’s a comfortable place to work. I don’t really have a big staff or anything, it’s mostly just me handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the building gets a bit noisy with repairs or neighbors talking, but that’s just how it goes in a society like Ramanand. I keep things simple. No fancy equipment or polished offices. Just a basic space where I can focus. I try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the table. It’s just how I've always done things here.
