You can find us at Room No 5 in Rashmi Bhoir Chawl, which is located in Jogeshwari East. We are right on R T Street, not far from Bandivali High School. It’s a busy area, especially when the school lets out and the street fills up with kids and parents. Ramesh has been working from this room for many years. It’s a basic space with a concrete floor and a few plastic chairs. We don't have much in the way of decor, just the essentials for our daily work. The walls are a bit stained, and we’ve been meaning to paint them for a while now. Most of our day involves talking to people who walk in from the chawl or the surrounding neighborhood. We keep our records in thick notebooks and use a simple mobile phone for calls. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always running. We know everyone around here, and people often stop by just to say hello. It’s a tight-knit spot where things move at a steady pace. We don't have any fancy office equipment or a website. We just sit at the wooden desk and handle whatever comes our way. It’s a typical local business that’s been part of the community for a long time.
