Rahil Ali Photography

My workplace is Room No.1 on the first floor of Baitul Habib Apartment. It is situated on New Nabroji Hill Road No.19. It is not a massive studio, but it has enough space for my cameras, some lights, and the desk where I do all the editing. Rahil Ali Photography is basically just me and my gear. Being on the first floor means I have to carry heavy bags up and down the stairs quite a bit, which is not my favorite part of the job. The apartment gets a bit crowded when I have backdrops set up or if a family comes in for a session. Most of the time, I am out on the road at weddings or events, but this is where all the behind-the-scenes work happens. I have lived around this part of town for a long time, so I am used to the noise from the street outside. I spend a lot of hours sitting in front of a computer screen trying to get the colors to look right on a photo. It is not always as exciting as it looks on the internet. There are wires everywhere and I am always looking for a spare battery that is actually charged. I do not have a big team or a fancy receptionist. If you call, you just talk to me. I just like taking pictures and trying to capture things as they are without too much fuss.
