Girish Wahalekar Photography

I’ve been taking photos for a while now here in Thane. Girish Wahalekar Photography is set up over at Haware City on Ghodbunder Road. It’s just me usually, handling the cameras and making sure the lighting looks okay. People come to me when they need some pictures taken, whether it is for something small or just because they need a professional shot for work. I don't have a big fancy office with a hundred people, just my gear and a workspace. Ghodbunder Road can get pretty busy with traffic, but once you're inside the studio, it's quiet enough to get things done. I started doing this because I liked how a good camera can catch things you miss with your eyes. Most days I’m just sorting through files on the computer or meeting someone to talk about what they need. It’s a lot of sitting in front of a screen sometimes, but being out with the camera is much better. I’ve seen this area change quite a bit over the years. If you’re looking for someone who knows the local spots around here for a shoot, I’ve probably been there already. I keep my equipment ready and try to stay organized, even if the desk gets a bit messy during a big project. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. I’m usually around most days if someone stops by or calls. It’s a simple setup, nothing too crazy, just honest work with a camera.
