You can find us up on the 24th floor of Tower A in Ashok Tower. It’s right on Dr. S.S. Rao Road in Parel. Being that high up means we get a lot of wind, and you can see a long way across Mumbai when it isn't too hazy. We are directly opposite Mahatma Gandhi Hospital, so the sirens are a constant sound throughout the day. Parel is a crowded part of the city, and getting to the office can be a bit of a struggle if you're coming through the local traffic. The building itself is quite tall and modern, but inside our unit, it's just a regular workspace with some chairs and a few computers. We have two units, 2405 and 2406, knocked together to make enough room for everyone. It’s a long way up, so we rely on those elevators a lot. There is always a bit of a wait at the ground floor lobby. The atmosphere in the office is mostly quiet, punctuated by the sounds of the city coming up from twenty-four floors below. We’ve got a lot of boxes stacked up in the hallway right now because we ran out of shelf space. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is. It’s just a group of us working here every day, trying to stay on top of the paperwork and the phone calls that never seem to stop.
