You’ll find us on the third floor of Raheja Chambers in Santacruz West. We are right above the Benetton store on the corner of Link Road and Main. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of horns and traffic outside our windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks pushed together and some shelves for all the files we keep. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see people in suits. We mostly just wear whatever is comfortable and focus on our tasks. The elevator is often busy, so we end up waiting a lot. We have a small team of people who have been around for a while at 400054. We don't do big presentations or anything polished. Usually, we just sit around a table and talk through things. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. The location is good because it’s easy for people to get to from different parts of Mumbai. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and it’s become our second home. It’s not fancy, and the paint is peeling a bit in the corners, but it works for us. We just keep showing up and doing the work every day. It’s as simple as that. There isn't much more to it than just doing what needs doing.
