Print India Art Gallery

You can find us at B/30 on the Kurla Andheri Road in Mandapeshwar. This place is basically a mix of a workshop and a gallery. We do a lot of printing work, mostly for art and special projects. There are frames leaning against the walls and the smell of ink is pretty strong. We’ve been here for a while now. The space is a bit cramped because we have all these machines and stacks of paper everywhere. It’s not the kind of gallery where everything is perfectly white and empty. It’s a working space. People bring in their photos or paintings and we figure out how to print them best. We talk a lot about paper types and colors. The road outside is always loud with traffic. We have a small front area where we show some finished pieces. Most of our day is spent at the back near the printers. It’s dusty sometimes. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the machines well. We aren't trying to be high-end, just a place where you can get your art printed properly. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes but we know where everything is. We like the local feel of the neighborhood here. We use old tables to sort the prints. It works for what we do. We stay late when there is a deadline.
