Peopleteck Impact Foundation

We are located up on the twelfth floor of office 1203, which is in Plot Number 9 in Sanpada. It’s right in Sector 17, so there’s always a lot of movement around the building. Navi Mumbai has changed a lot, but this area stays pretty busy with people going to and from the different offices. Being on a high floor means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice during the summer months. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few tables pushed together and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time looking at computer screens and talking to people who drop by. The elevator is usually packed during the lunch hour, so we try to time our breaks differently. You can see quite a bit of the surrounding area from our window, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the road below. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when things get long. There is no reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. It’s a practical setup for us. We’ve grown fond of the noise from the street; it reminds us that there is a lot going on outside while we are buried in our tasks. It's just a regular workspace in a busy part of town.
