Payam E Insaniyat Foundation is based in Dhule. We are located on the 80 Feet Road, right in the middle of Bhangar Bazar. The pin code is 424001. It’s a very busy area, full of shops and people going about their business. Our office is a simple room that we’ve used for a long time. It’s not polished or fancy in any way. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is pretty old. But it serves our purpose. We don’t have a big team or any complicated hierarchy. It’s just a few of us who care about the town. We spend our days meeting people and figuring out how to help. The 80 Feet Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks and rickshaws, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We don’t have a website with professional photos or a big social media presence. We mostly just talk to people face-to-face. That’s how things get done in Dhule. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We handle our own paperwork and clean our own floors. It’s an honest way to run a foundation. We’ve been part of this bazaar for years and we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s a tough, real place and we fit right in. There’s no pretending here. We just work with what we have and try to be useful to the folks around us. It’s our life and we are glad to be here.
