Padmashri Annasaheb Jadhav Foundation

Our office is located over in Andheri West, right in Triveni CHS Ltd. We are near Adarsh Nagar on the New Link Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there is always some noise from the street or the metro work nearby. We are in unit 13-41. The building is one of those older residential societies that has a lot of history. It feels comfortable and lived-in, which is nice compared to those cold, modern office parks. We’ve got a few rooms where we handle all the various tasks and paperwork that pile up. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the folders we have stacked around. We don't use a lot of high-tech gadgets, just the basic stuff that works for us. The people working here have mostly been around for years. We know each other well and it feels a bit like a family. We don't have a big mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just know what needs to be done when we arrive in the morning. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just take a break and chat until it comes back on. It’s a relaxed environment, but the work always gets finished. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We're just a few people working here in Andheri West.
