We are situated in Malad West, right on Sant Tukaram Road near Dalmia College. Nihir Infotech is tucked away in Building V1, Flat 103/B. It’s a convenient spot because we are close to the college, so we get a lot of students coming in with laptop issues or looking for specific cables. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and servers. We have parts and pieces of hardware scattered across our workbenches. It isn't the most organized place, but we know exactly where everything is. Our day starts early, checking emails for service requests and making sure our systems are running smoothly. We help local businesses with their IT needs, which means we are often out on calls or talking people through problems over the phone. Being near Dalmia College gives the whole area a lively energy. We don’t have a big storefront; it’s more of a back-office setup where the real work happens. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair or set up a new network. The tea guy from across the street knows our order by heart because we call him so often. We aren't trying to be some huge tech firm; we just like fixing things and keeping people's tech working. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error, but that’s the nature of IT work. The space is small, but it works for us and our clients.
