Neosmile Foundation

We are located in The Ruby building on Sena Pati Bapat Marg in Dadar West. Our office is on the 4th floor. If you’ve been to Dadar, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of Mumbai City. The building is quite large, but once you get inside our space at the Neosmile Foundation, it feels much smaller. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of boxes stacked in the corners. It’s a practical place. We don't have any matching furniture or anything like that. Most of the stuff was just brought in when we needed it. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working on the computer. You can hear the city outside all the time—the trains, the cars, the people. It’s a constant hum. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few people who show up and do their jobs. Sometimes we get lunch from the stalls nearby. The elevators here can be a bit of a mess in the evenings when everyone is leaving, so we often stay a bit late to let the crowd clear out. It’s just a normal office routine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the space. We just needed a spot in Dadar that was easy for people to find, and this worked out. It’s a simple setup for a foundation that just wants to get its work done.
