I have been based out of Kandivali East for a very long time. My office is located at number 2, and it is a pretty basic setup for the most part. I never really wanted to move to a fancy office in the middle of the city because this neighborhood is where I live and where I know most of the people. My name is Murali Dharan, and I run the operations here with a very small staff. Most days it is just me and one other person handling the phone calls and the daily mail. It is a relatively quiet part of the neighborhood, which really helps me focus on the small details of my work without too many distractions. We do not have a big, bright sign outside or anything like that to grab attention. If you are looking for us, you basically just have to know which building it is. I have always preferred a low-profile way of doing business. It saves a lot on unnecessary costs and keeps everything feeling grounded. I spend my mornings going through my notes from the previous day and making sure everything is ready for the afternoon. Sometimes the neighbors will just drop by to chat for a bit, and I don't really mind that at all. It is just part of being in a local area. The office is mostly filled with books and old papers, probably more than I really need to keep, but I like having everything nearby. We just wear casual clothes and talk like normal people.
