Megha Sharma Foundation

We are located in Wing C of Elanza, up on the 22nd floor, room 2201. It’s just off Link Road in Malad West. Being so high up, we get a good look at the traffic down below, which is always backed up. Megha Sharma Foundation is a small operation. It’s mostly just a few friends and family members who wanted to do something good for the local area. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us sitting around the kitchen table or at the couple of desks we squeezed into the space. Most of our work happens over the phone or by meeting people in the nearby coffee shops. We don't really like the corporate way of doing things. We prefer to just talk to people like normal neighbors. Malad is a big place and it's easy to get lost in the crowd, so we try to keep our focus small. We help out with local issues and try to support people who don't have many other places to go. It’s not always organized perfectly. Sometimes we lose track of who was supposed to call who back, but we get there in the end. We're just regular people trying to make a small dent in the problems we see around us every day. No big mission statements, just day-to-day work from our little corner.
