Leadearth Foundation

Our foundation, Leadearth Foundation, is based in the Oberoi Splendor building, specifically in unit E-304. We are right across from the Majas Depot in Jogeshwari East, just off the J.V.L.R. Anyone who knows Mumbai knows how hectic that road can be. Being in the 400060 area means we are right in the thick of things. Our office is a small apartment-style space where we’ve set up some desks and a printer. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a fancy sign out front. We spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic and working through our daily tasks. There are just a few of us here. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The building is nice, but we keep our actual office very basic. We don’t have a team of marketing people or anything like that. It’s just us trying to stay on top of the work. Sometimes the noise from the bus depot is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't doing anything flashy. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and making sure everything is in order. Most of us take the train or a bus to get here. We like being in Jogeshwari because it’s easy for people to find us if they know the Majas Depot. It’s a straightforward place for a straightforward group of people who care.
