Lancer Foundation

We are based over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Belapur at Mayuresh ChambersPS. Our unit numbers are H02 -02, 03, and 04. It’s a decent-sized space for what we do at Lancer Foundation. Being in Sector 11 means we are close to the station, so the commute isn't too bad for most of us. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of the city. Lots of other small offices and businesses are around us in the same passage. Inside, it's a bit of a mess sometimes with all the files and computers. We try to stay organized, but things get busy and papers tend to pile up on the desks. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or a lounge area. It’s just desks and chairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or answering emails. You can hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open, but we usually keep them shut because of the Mumbai heat. Belapur has a lot of energy, and we feel like we are part of that. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just show up every morning and handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes we order lunch from the small place downstairs and eat while we work. It’s just a normal office life for us. We aren't trying to be anything corporate. We are just a group trying to keep things moving.
