Kumar Art

We have been up here on the second floor of Woodland Apartment for quite some time now. Maneckji Mehta Road is usually pretty busy with people and cars, but once you get up to unit 203, it stays a bit quieter for the work we do. Being in Malad West makes it easy for folks to find us once they know which building to look for. We spend most of our mornings just getting things ready for the day. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we would like, which is quite a climb to the second floor. The light in the afternoon is actually really good for seeing the details in the pieces we work on at Kumar Art. It is not a huge space, but it fits all our supplies and desks. We started out just doing small things and it kind of grew from there over the years. Most of the people around this part of Malad know us by name now. It is nice being part of the local neighborhood. We do not really have a big flashing sign outside, so people usually just call or come up. The apartment building has its own quirks, but it is home for the business. We keep things pretty simple around here with no fancy office furniture. Just some desks and the projects we are currently working on. It gets a bit cluttered during the busy weeks, but we manage to find what we need.
