Khushali Art

Khushali Art is tucked away in the Mandpeshwar Industrial Estate in Borivali West. We are in unit A-108. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machinery and trucks coming in and out of the gates. We’ve been in this estate for several years now. Our space is more of a workshop than a gallery. It’s where the actual work happens. There’s usually a bit of a mess—tools, materials, and half-finished pieces scattered around on the tables. We don’t mind the clutter because it means we are busy and getting things done. People who come to visit us usually have to navigate through the industrial lanes, but once they find A-108, they know they’re in the right place. We spend most of our time creating and making things. It’s a lot of hands-on work for us. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If someone comes by, they just walk right into the middle of whatever we are doing at the time. Borivali West is a good area to be in, even if the traffic can be a headache sometimes in the evenings. We like being in the industrial estate because we have all the space we need to work. We just focus on our craft and try to get our orders out on time. It’s a simple life, and we like the feeling of finishing something with our own hands at the end of a long day.
