Kesula Womens Livelihood Development Federation

Our office for the Kesula Womens Livelihood Development Federation is in Nagpur. We are located at Garnet Flat No-204 in Royal Gayatri Park-II. This is in the Isasani area. It is a residential complex, so it feels very safe and quiet for the women who come to visit us. The flat is on the second floor. Inside, we have converted the main hall into a workspace. We have several tables pushed together where we keep our ledgers and some of the products the federation is working on. It is a bit of a tight squeeze when many members show up at once. Nagpur can get incredibly hot, so we usually have the windows open to catch any breeze. We do not have a fancy setup with receptionists or big logos on the wall. It is just a place for us to meet and get things organized. Most of us are from the local Isasani area or nearby parts of Nagpur. We know the neighborhood well. The building is part of Gayatri Park-II, which is a nice enough place. We spend a lot of time talking and planning out how to handle the different livelihood projects. It is a very hands-on environment. There is always someone coming or going. We just try to keep things running smoothly from this little flat. It is a practical way for us to work together without spending too much on a big office. We usually start our meetings with some tea.
