We are located right across from K.I.M Hospital in Parel. The office is inside Abu Mansion, specifically in unit 2/19. It is a pretty busy area of Mumbai, especially with the hospital traffic and everyone moving along Dr. Batliwala Road throughout the day. Working in the airline business means things are always moving, even if we are just in the office handling the administrative side and paperwork. We have maps and schedules all over the place. People come in with questions about flights or specific travel paperwork. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when there are a few visitors at once. We have got some old desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days, but they do the job. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it that you don't find in the newer parts of town. We are not a big flashy airport terminal; we are just the local spot where the back-end stuff gets handled. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you get used to the honking and the ambulances after a week or two. We spend our hours looking at booking numbers and flight paths. It is a lot of staring at monitors and talking on the phone. We don't have fancy uniforms on when we are just here in Parel. It is just a regular workday for us, keeping things ticking along so the planes can stay on schedule. We just keep our heads down and manage the logistics.
