Jeevanvardhan Foundation

We are based in Borivali East, in the Ekta Bhoomi Gardens-I building. Our flat is E-802 on Rajendra Nagar, Datta Pada Road. It’s a residential area, so it feels very quiet and homey compared to the rest of Mumbai. We aren't a big company with a high-rise office. We work out of this flat because it’s comfortable and keeps our costs low. We are just a few regular folks who wanted to start something to help the community. Most of our work involves talking to people and seeing where we can be of use. The living room is where we do most of our meetings. We have some desks set up, but it still feels like a home. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. We don't have any big marketing plans or polished speeches. We just handle the tasks as they come. Being in Borivali is great because we are close to a lot of families who have lived here for generations. We try to keep our work practical and down-to-earth. Some days are spent doing a lot of typing and filing, and other days we are out meeting people in the nearby gardens or shops. It’s a simple way of living and working. We are just trying to do our part from our little corner here in Ekta Bhoomi Gardens. It’s not much, but we hope it helps the local area quite a bit. We’re happy to be here.
