Our flower shop is located at Shop No 1/2 near the Archies Gallery in Borivali West. We are right on Lbs Marg, but the address also mentions the side going towards Ghatkopar West, just opposite the Shivnari bus stop. Being right across from a busy bus stop means there is always a lot of movement and people rushing past our stall all day. We get a lot of commuters who realize they need flowers at the last minute and jump off the bus to grab a bunch for a birthday or a prayer. We keep a variety of stuff, from simple marigolds to some of the nicer lilies when we can get them fresh from the market. The shop is small and we have to be very careful with the floor space so we don't accidentally step on the water buckets. It gets quite messy with all the leaves and cut stems on the floor, but we sweep it up a few times a day to keep it tidy. We have been here for a while and even the regular bus drivers wave at us when they pull up to the stop. We don't do fancy online deliveries with tracking numbers and all that. If you want flowers, you come by, pick what looks fresh, and we wrap it up in some old newspaper or plastic for you. It’s a fast-paced environment because of the traffic, but the smell of the flowers makes it a nice place to spend the day.
