We are located in Vile Parle West, a part of town that always feels like it is moving. Our shop is where we do all the framing for pictures, paintings, and whatever else people want to hang on their walls. It is a lot of measuring and cutting glass. You have to be careful with the edges. The smell of wood and glue is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We have stacks of different frame moldings leaning against the walls, from simple dark wood to some with a bit more detail. People bring in their family photos or some art they bought on a trip, and we help them pick something that looks okay. We do not do anything too fancy or complicated. It is just about putting a good border around a memory. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit crowded when we have several big projects going at once. Vile Parle West has a lot of regular faces, and we see many of the same people coming back when they have something new to frame. We keep our tools sharp and our workbench as clear as possible, though that is easier said than done. It is a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure your pictures stay straight and look decent on your wall. That is what we do.
