Imoda Fashion Welfare Association

We’re located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Nerul at the Great Eastern Galleria. Our office is number 601 on the sixth floor. Sector 4 is a decent area with plenty of shops around. Imoda Fashion Welfare Association is what we call ourselves. It’s not a huge place, just a standard office setup in a commercial building. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of fabric samples lying around sometimes. It’s not always tidy, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time dealing with the welfare side of the fashion world here. It involves a lot of meetings and phone calls. We don’t have a PR person to make us sound fancy. We just tell people what we’re doing. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s always people in the elevators. We like the energy of Nerul. It’s a bit different from the main part of Mumbai, a little more space but still plenty to do. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving. It suits us. We don't have a big budget for decorations, so the walls are mostly just covered with calendars and notes. It's a working office, pure and simple. We do our best to stay on top of things every day. Usually, we are out by six, but sometimes things take a bit longer if there is a lot of mail to sort.
