Hyderasha Foundation

Our place is in Osmanpura, right at Amin Manzil. We have Office Number 1 and 2, which makes things a bit easier because we have a little extra room for storage and seating. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Tek Masjid. It’s a busy area, especially during prayer times, so there is always a lot of movement outside our door. The Hyderasha Foundation isn’t some big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us in these two rooms. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that kind of stuff. We have our desks set up and some old cupboards for all the documents we have to keep track of. Working near the masjid means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which gives the day a nice rhythm. Osmanpura has a lot of energy. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the bikes and the shops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don’t really do the whole professional corporate thing. If you walk in, you’ll see us drinking tea and talking through our plans. It’s honest work and we do it right here in the middle of everything. We like being accessible to people. You don't need an appointment to find us; we are usually around during the day just sorting things out. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to do.
