Gurukul Of Himalayas Foundation

Our office is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Ghansoli at Sector 11. We are in Flat No B-301 on Plot No-12. Gurukul Of Himalayas Foundation is what we are called. Working out of a flat gives the place a bit of a homey feel, which we prefer over a cold office building. It is a residential-style setup, so it is pretty relaxed. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen for tea breaks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. We have been here for a bit now and the locals know us. We handle a variety of tasks every day, mostly related to our foundation’s activities. It is not a huge operation, just a few dedicated people. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We like the simplicity of it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but mostly we stick to regular hours. The commute to Ghansoli is okay for most of us. We keep our overhead low by staying in this kind of space. It is practical and serves our needs perfectly. There is no need for anything more complicated. We just focus on the work and making sure everything is handled correctly. It is a decent way to run things, we think.
