We are set up in Andheri East, right on Sahar Road at M-1, Kalpita Enclave. It is easy to spot because we are right across from Vijay Nagar in the Koldongari area. Being in this part of Mumbai means it is always noisy. There are planes flying overhead and cars honking on the road all day long. Our office is not in one of those new glass towers. It is an older building that feels solid and lived-in. We have a few rooms where we work on our computers and keep our files organized. It is just a small group of us, so we don't have any formal reception desk. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with the usual Mumbai traffic when we have to go out. Sahar Road is always a bit of a mess, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We often grab lunch from the small food stalls nearby because the food is good and cheap. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just come in every morning and try to get through our list of tasks. It is a very direct and simple way of working. Some days are more chaotic than others, but we just keep at it. Koldongari is a busy place but it is home to us.
