Gulista Arts

This place is tucked away near Kandivali West and the Vadsar Road area. The address is a bit of a mouthful with Markarpura Estate and Gandhi Nagar all mentioned, but basically, we are right in the thick of things near Khan Galli. It’s an arts business, so there’s always something being made or moved around. The floors usually have a bit of dust or scraps from whatever project we are working on. We have been in this part of the city for a bit, and the energy of the GIDC area really keeps us going. It’s not a quiet gallery; it’s more of a working space where things actually get built. We spend a lot of time looking at materials and figuring out how to put them together. Sometimes the rain makes the roof loud, but we just keep working. It’s a busy spot with lots of neighbors doing different kinds of industrial work. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the workshop, getting our hands dirty and making sure the orders are ready. You can hear the sounds of the street coming through the windows all day. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how art goes when you’re actually doing it. We like the local vibe here. People know us as the arts place on the corner. We just try to do honest work and stay busy throughout the year.
