Green Terre Foundation

We are based out of Plot No 320-321 in the Pandit Ajgaonkar Society, which is over in the Khandoba Maal area of Bhugaon. It’s part of Pirangut in Mulshi, so it’s a bit away from the main rush of Pune city. Green Terre Foundation operates from this spot, and it’s a fairly quiet place to work most of the time. We have a couple of plots here, so there is a bit more room than you might find in a city apartment. We spend a lot of our time dealing with things related to the local environment and the community around us. It’s not a fancy setup with glass walls or modern art. We have some sturdy tables, chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of files. The area around Bhugaon is nice because it feels a bit more open. We often have people from the society stopping by to chat or see what we’re working on. We don’t have a big polished speech about what we do. If you ask, we’ll probably just show you the latest project we’re tinkering with. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on stuff. Sometimes we get behind on our emails or the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just take it one step at a time. We’re just local people who care about this patch of land and want to keep things moving in the right direction. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our daily life.
